This bird's-eye view of Bangor shows Union Station and the train shed at the confluence of the Penobscot and Kenduskeag Rivers. Near the center of the photo, to the left of the Kenduskeag, can be seen the tower of the old City Hall, itself an eventual victim of the wrecker's ball.
