Description
Sergeant Clifton E. Sloane of the Bangor Police Department examines a piece of paper for latent fingerprint impressions in the Identification Division of the FBI at Washington, D.C. The paper which Sergeant Sloane is holding has been treated in a solution of silver nitrate which brings out the prints under the intense light of carbon arc. Sergeant Sloane is a member of the 54th session of the FBI National Academy.
