13 December 1924 - 13 January 1945.
Flying toward a new assignment in Europe, as ballgunner and armorer on a B-24 he died in an accidental crash at Goose Bay, Labrador. Trained at Lowry, Harlingen, Mitchel, and Westover Fields, and at Greensboro, N.C., and Charleston, S.C. Served for seventeen months. Graduated, Bangor High, 1943. Radio singer. Out-of-doorsman.
