Left John Bapst High School in his junior year to enlist, July 1942. Trained at Newport, Rhode Island. Served in the Pacific. Killed in action when his destroyer was torpedoed off Vella Lavella Island, Solomon Islands. Life-long resident of Bangor. St. Mary's School. A lover of all sports. Purple Heart.
