A loyal son. A life-long resident of Bangor. He served in England and Belgium. Wounded in the Battle of the Bulge. Died, a prisoner of the enemy, at Neuwied, Prussia. Left John Bapst High School in Senior year Engaged in shoe manufacturing. Enthusiastic stamp collector. Good Conduct Medal. Purple Heart.
